Rashmi Jadeja Chauhan holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Practicing Counselor (LPC). She is a nationally certified master-level addiction counselor, with certifications in Alabama Alcohol & Drug counseling and international-level addiction counseling. Additionally, she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
As a therapist, Rashmi strives to create a safe and compassionate environment, supporting clients as they process issues affecting their lives. By utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques, she helps clients gain clearer personal insights, paving the way for positive change.
With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Rashmi has worked in outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and adults. Her expertise includes the treatment of addiction, anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder, Complex PTSD, grief, and loss.
Rashmi employs a variety of evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques, to support clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
