BEHAVIORAL & SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR

Amanda Peters ALC

Amanda Peters believes effective therapy begins with empathy, compassion, and recognizing that every client’s story is different.

After moving to Huntsville in 2015 to pursue her education in psychology, Amanda discovered a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and better understand themselves. Today, she works with teens and adults, creating a supportive space where clients can explore difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop tools that fit their individual needs.

An avid reader herself, Amanda also brings her love of books into her work through bibliotherapy, using both fiction and nonfiction as tools for reflection, connection, and personal growth.
