Sarah Lowery ALC
Sarah Lowery is an ALC with a background in both clinical mental health counseling and marriage, couples, and family counseling. Sarah utilizes a bio-psycho-social approach to counseling, meaning she values the impact that biology, psychology, and society have on emotional distress. Her therapeutic modality varies case by case, however, client education is always a priority. Ms. Lowery’s goal as a therapist is to be a compassionate and humanizing presence that encourages clients to explore their thoughts. Sarah works with ages 7 and up, and has experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, panic disorder, ODD and conduct disorder. She loves working with children and families of children who have a hard time “being good.”
Sarah is a born and raised Alabamian, though relatively new to the Huntsville-Madison area. She loves making art, including, but not limited to portrait painting, mixed media, crochet, and knit. Sarah is currently under the supervision of Leslie Phillips LPC-S
